We had another race here in sydney this weekend. The Millers Point loop of attrition. Seven laps of a short (down, across, up the most potholed street in sydney, across) course. Starting and finishing in front of the Palisades Hotel. Started by Bill, Direct 191, with a small water pistol. Eighteen entries: Craige, Direct 99; Luke, Red Tag 5, and Simon RT 15; Paul, Crisis 101, and Paul C 233; Darryl, Allied 71, and Lawrie A?; Mark, Braggs 543; Paddy, Top Gun 13; Emma, X-Force 30, and Ian XF 5; Wayde, Mail Call 349, Paul mc755, Greg mc68, Jason mc126, Jana mc328, Terry mc631, Poppy ex mc.

Each lap the last 2 riders were eliminated, leaving 5 to ride the 7th lap. Up for grabs was a pastry from my fave bakery on Glebe Point Road for the 1st across the line each lap, and a good quality 2nd hand copy of K-Pax from Glebebooks.

A fine time was had by all. Paddy shared his pastries around. Paul crisis 101 won a consolation habanero chilli from my garden for his impressive turn up Pottinger Street with split second car avoidance.
